The thing with DHJ and VPE is that historically these options are never converted, as the long term trend for VPE is always downward, so that the options never reach the strike price (someone pls confirm this, maybe there have been exceptions in the past).
I guess that's why DHJ thought this time he issues himself options that ARE already at the strike price (e.g. 25c).
