From yesterday's announcement.
"Rawson Resources at a board meeting today appointed three new directors namely:
Duncan Hardie
Richard Ash
Scott Brownlaw
with Duncan Hardie being appointed Chairman.
Keith Skipper and John Doughty have resigned as Directors.
The new Board of the Company intends to carry out a review of the current
exploration program for Rawson Resources, as initially outlined the Chairman’s
Report at the recent Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 22 November
2012, and the independent geologist’s report of Dr David Bennett dated 19 November
2012.
The issues in relation to section 606 of the Corporations Act have been amicably
resolved.
