morgz,
Thank you for your attempt to clean up this thread. I have not bothered posting because of all the unfounded sceptisisms and rubbish my posts have gotten lost in.
It is fine to downramp, if clearly a Co. is doing the wrong things, but GPN is imo heading in the right direction, and it is clear that the group has a desire to add value to the Company, by tangiblity, not dressing themselves up like a lot of juniors tend to do.
Let's wait and see what sort of drilling they will conduct at Peak Hill. Let's see what other news there is to come. Once we have a reason to criticise, let's do so - I would not resist if there was good reason to (I am not stupid). In my opinion the Aurium, MZM & Aust Uranium announcements are a step in the right direction, but are not price movers. Without these, however, the next ones would not have been possible........
I wonder if all the downrampers will still be around in the very near future....doubt it ;-)
And for the record, 99% of the time I have called Co., they have answered, and been very professional, and polite.
The upshot is, for newcomers, that if you were to make an assesment of GPN as a newcomer, you would consider the following:
-Presence of gold at Peak Hill
-High chance of successful drilling there
-Imminent drilling very soon
-Chance of other commodities on existing tenements
-Huge stake on YRR which is expected to announce drilling on the Vanadium deposit, and go to new levels on the Uranium play
-Other very prospective 2 JV's in motion, which should add significant value in the short term
WHat have I missed? It's what we are waiting on, but blink and you have missed the boat.
There, the facts, and my opinion. Others are entitled to theirs, but please base it on fact, not fiction.
Cheers
