    The carbon tax has an impact on growth prospects rather than the current cashflow.

    I'd say that the share price is being kept low because of stigma attached debt, and BBW legacy issues.

    I'm not overly confident that management and shareholders interests are sufficiently aligned, but this is a gut feeling only.
