Vendor, you are right in advocating caution in this market.
When sentiment for Resource Stocks changes, then buying into an uptrend can lead to good profits. Hopefully from the chart I posted, this change of sentiment is not too far away.
ABU is a different story because it is on the verge of trial mining, then with positive results from this, full on mining to follow.
At 3c I believe that ABU is a bargain and will allow traders to make profits of 20% to 50% in the short term, and long term holders to make profits of 100%+.
A positive announcement from ABU in the next week or so could help to boost the share price. I'd much rather see the sp sitting around the 4c level than where it currently is!
