PDN would not be buying Valhalla unless they had a cast iron guarantee from the horses mouth that the policy was going to change.And as I have said before, if Bill Ludwig and the coal industry support the change [and both have already confirmed publicly] it will happen.Particularly now with Beattie back comfortably and his new pro u stance was not a campaign issue.
I did think by now with resource increasing,18 +mill in cash, U price increasing monthly ,and PDN takeover the sp might have started testing new highs. Just need a bit more patience.
