Dan clifford you need to resign based on your wealth destruction you where given an opportunity to prove youself and you screwed it up and let your ego instead of what was good for the business even based on the metrics coming true on dargues and grades as they should be it would still be a disaster purchase based on the over priced asset you have shareholder revolt you lost a great geologist and you have failed operationly what more do you want to screw up. look in the mirror and really ask yourself am i really the man for this job and whats best for the company and stakeholder you gave it your best shot unfortunately your performance and operational skills are just not there at the moment go learn some more and come back and try with another company we all make mistakes aslong as we are man enough to own it and step up or step down really defines us as a true leader
