I agree with you 100% re assets. However, let me draw an analogy....
If you had lots of money and a few properties in good locations and you were worth, let's say $3,000,000. Also, you had a brother that continually made bad decisions and as a result borrowed money from you and continually lost it, would you get to a point of saying "enough is enough" and not give him any more money because he's hopeless in managing his affairs?
What would you do?
Please don't get me wrong, I (like everyone else on this thread) wish that the SP rockets and we all benefit.
