so just been revisiting the 2013 Annual Report in particular the details of remuneration as disclosed in the report. There are some extraordinary numbers in there (see extract below). p33 of the Directors report outlines the remuneration framework (see below) and note the linkages to growth in shareholder value. At the time of the report's release HZN shares were listed at around 36cps (see portion of graph from page 36 of the report). I'd like to see the company start to deliver on building sustained shareholder growth. cheers, M1
