Management are not up for debate. They have a heap of skin in the game. I suggest they ask you to compare their stock price performance with most other resource shares say over the last 3 years. I think you're confusing with having a go at building oil fields with some patience and setbacks with investing and expecting everything going to plan.
I can tell you now of all the oilies I've had a chance of holding onto this is the pick of the bunch. If you don't believe me ask. Peter Strachan who's a bit of a specialist in them.
