N'ah. I don't see it as a lifestyle company. They actually don't spend too much money of salaries. And GU himself has a reasonable holding in the company.
The problem is that he thinks it acceptable to focus solely on the tech and long term business opportunities, and let the market take care of itself. But that isn't now how biotech nano-caps work. The Australian investment community wants to be fed a near-term growth narrative and receive ongoing updates.
But yeh, the way he publishes stories on the website about him being invited to speak at conferences etc is ridiculous and self-indulgent. He's the CEO of a publicly listed company, not a university professor. He needs to get his sh1t together in that respect.
