Only IMO of course but I think best to save your money. DYOR I am not an investment advisor and I do not propose to be qualified to offer investment advice. I can only talk about the share price of this stock over the past 4 years which has been very disappointing and there is nothing that the company has promoted that provides hope that the company can add shareholder value. They minimise costs by using JV structures but I am not sure that this minimises risk. The Aquila JV is a great example of that.
