Amazing what a difference in sentiment I perceive here.
We have gone from 20/40 posts per day to single digits, to those on one hand in fact.
Is everyone pissed off with BSL? Nothing left to say? All is lost? Any positives out there?
Redundancy offers have now been made across the board. I have talked to a few employees who have received the offer. Their opinions are pretty much uniform. Those with the skills, experience and the confidence are accepting. Those that don't have the above, are holding on the best they can.
In some areas of manufacturing for the domestic markets, where they are making profits and the employees are needed, they have received the offers.
Where is the sense in all that?
What sort of labour force will be left to run the show?
