Hi Jessica - long time no hey. AKK is in a great position bUT I think it is happily hamstrung in an s&m position at the moment. It can't do anything in Colorado without the pipelines and it is sitting on the hottest Eaglebine play where the lower cretaceous could yield massive results. EOG is hunting in the area as is the mid-tiers. I personally hope that they JV it quick and soon so that we can sit back and watch the results come in with a major drilling partner.

If we can get an upfront payment of $20m or so and give a WI% of 65% and above for free carried drilling costs of up to a minimum of 4 horizontal wells or 2 and less wi% we will be on our way. $115M was paid for just over 2000 acres that had 11 well working on it with more to come in the eagleford. Lets hope and dream this a reality in a few years time. Time for another beer. Luck all :)
