This announcement is all too much for me.
As I see this it is as follows:
1) The directors won't invest in the SHARES
2) If the directors didn't put the money in it would be ALL OVER
3) No outside investors have put a single penny into the company
4) The directors will ONLY put money in if they will get a guaranteed return of 12%
5) The directors return on their INVESTMENT must be in front of us little shareholders
So what are we to think?
My sentiment is now changed and will retain until I see something positive. I don't think it will make any difference, but my mind has moved from "The tech is good and we have a chance of making great money" to "we're all up the creek".
