I dont see any indicator to suggest there is a reversal in PDN price looking at the weekly chart, volume lower than previous 2 weeks , relative strength still under 30% and MACD still no crossover or even close to one. Price may either rocket up from here , most unlikely based on chart , or trend sideways for a week or two building a base to potentially reverse trend.
