Adam , has taken charge to guarantee his investment for sure he wants his money safe. Gareth well he is still a NED and unless someone steps up to take his place he will stay. Dr J well he is shareholder side of things but probably had enough of the sh%t but will stay due his investment as direct shareholder & JV partners for Frewena.
Basically we are stagnant, await further information everyone is stuck here for now unless you take losses.
