I think now, more than ever, that the current situation of EDE just demonstrates that the current board of EDE needs to be tipped upside-down.
EDE needs new blood - it needs a Chairman (non-Executive Chairman) with experience in the building/construction industry, with demonstrated experience running a significant corporate entity.
EDE needs two more experienced directors from construction industry and/or chemical industry. One of these two needs to be US based.
The maximum number of directors would be 4 only.
We need to break the nexus between the current composition of the board, and the two largest shareholders.
Time is up !!!
