While I agree that ASF shouldn't have too much say IMHO the current board is hosed.
From the Top 20 it looks like ASF can probably muster 30-40% of the vote without much trouble.
REYs future may come down to ASFs intentions - i.e. to make a profitable mine or just the same old PRC agenda, snatch the resource at the lowest price, with all the other non PRC based holders as collateral damage.
