I have also been advised to Vote in favor of the current board members. Even though they are not as good as what we want, but the alternative would be even worst which is a takeover by Chinese without any Premium.
Remember you can Vote online as well and must vote before 9:00am on Tuesday 20th November. Perhaps vote on Monday night.
