So REY has strike 2 and therefore a spill motion.
All current directors will therefore be removed from the board and will join others in potential re-election.
Interersting turn of events. I don't like board in-fighting, but fingers crossed whoever we end up with just gets on with the job of INCREASING SHAREHOLDER VALUE.
