What needs to be changed on this date is the following:
If u have less than 50% indigenous blood line u shouldn’t get any extra benefits.
There rest of the part-aboriginals shouldn’t be allowed to abuse the system to the nth degree.
We should bring in the Hawaii standards for benefits, if less then 50% then no benefits, but u can nominate your self as indigenous on the census.
