AGY having such knowledge, could they not bundle it to market themselves at some point when they have a good handle on things & sell their knowledge to others? There might just be some profit in this approach?
I reflect back on the 1800's Gold Rush, the pick & shovel suppliers did handsomely "$'s" out of servicing the miners needs! Many a miner did not.
AGY also have Tonopath, with US applying higher Tarrifs on China EV's, will that not reflect in the value potential of Tonopath!? Is AGY getting any recognition for Tonopath at present?
It's taking time, AGY immediate target is to ramp up current production 8 fold to get to the 2,000 ton PA! Will AGY be there this time next year?
