    Somewhat surprised the company has been able to trade without going through ASX Ch 11 procedures in regards to Significant Transactions.

    Before the change comes into effect, you need shareholder approval and potentially meet the requirements of a new ASX Listing.

    The ASX has let them trade for a few days following the initial release last week-sloppy on their behalf if they are only now saying hold on!

    Situation unclear IMO.
