It great to see that shareholders could see the scheming tactics used by the BOD and management in the uses of single resolution to cover multiple items.
The BS letter infers like it was a drafting error that they had no intention to only hold pure virtual meetings
There should been a seperate resolution simply stating that a purely virtual meeting will be held if a State Health Minister deemed it necessary as a health issue
