they have probably been moving the dust around the office just to make it look like they are working....
on another note one would think this lot could re-negotiate the payment scheme they have for relenza....esp when one considers it was effectively put on ice by the manufacturers previous ceo.....seems odd to me....esp now when they have more on the table and have decisions to make.............
