GSK obviously has BTA over a barrel. Acceptance of a small settlement with no apparent adjustments like those you suggest is highly indicative of being on the back foot.
I feel that it is not likely they will make similar mistakes in the future. The 3 monthly payments for lani royalies is a good omen.
