    You are clearly not dumb, and have a good knowledge of the facts, but you are still missing the point.

    No one is arguing that the strong dollar is not having an effect and affecting BSL's export competitiveness.
    The argument is that BSL management was not in any way prepared for adverse market conditions by leaving the company in a risky financial position for such a long time.

    P.S.
    You said earlier "we are still playing the blame game"
    Why not drop your exchange rate blame game, as it is only one of many issues confronting BSL

    With regard to "Chinas low currency"
    Go back to 2007 and you will see that the exchange rate then was essentially the same as it is now. Why was BSL not in the same sort of grief then?

    The niche market is not a bad idea, and that may just be the local market, a move which they are seriously considering.
    Let's wait for more such proactive moves rather than the reactive management we have seen so far.

    BTW, try comparing apples with apples, not oranges with steel.
