    Can somebody please make me understand the rationale around this please?

    "4 Increase to the maximum aggregate remuneration" - What is the deal here? 93% voted in favour of it. Shareprice has lost drastic value and yet they get an increase to the maximum aggregate remuneration.

    Your thoughts and considerations would be greatly appreciated.
