Changes at NLC

A few days ago I mentioned our government-owned Indian collaborators, Neyveli Lignite Corporation, are changing their name, after 60 years, to NLC-India.

This, IMO, is to facilitate the wider brand they hope to have as part of their initiative to purchase going concerns outside of India.The likes of ... NLC - Africa etcetera.

As stated, the Indian Ministry of Corporate Affairs have agreed to the name change, and it is now going to a postal ballot of SHs. The Indian Government being 93% of those SHs. More importantly, IMO, is an added resolution...

An Indian company must have a MOA (Memorandum of Association). This permits and limits a company to its activities. In other words, if your MOA doesn't include the sale of hot dogs ... you can't sell hot dogs.

As you can see below, NLC-India wish to include in their expanding business front "lignite briquettes" and "iron ore ingots".

  

ECT have the techs to make lignite briquettes and iron ore ingots. We have metallurgists. For the first time in 60 years, NLC are moving forward.

IMHO, this change of MOA will signal the cementing of our Tripartite Collaboration Agreement with one of India's government-owned giants.
