Brilliant!
As much as many on here would like to dismiss anything that comes out as positive with the progress to date, this has got to be the next best signal that we are still on track to become a very valuable partner to the Indian Government in their quest to move into the 21st Century as a properly developed, 1st world country.
Only saying to a couple of mates today while travelling alongside a coal train, I said, "we will all be dead and buried and coal will still be burning, but very cleanly, ECT cleanly."
