You would think signing some kind of tripartite agreement would be satisfactory to believe that NLC is serious but instead this kind of constant reassurance is needed. I suppose that's not entirely unwarranted given we don't know the details of the agreement or whether it is legally binding. Has investor confidence faded in the wake of the options issue?
