Your post completely contradicts it self. You say "You would think signing some kind of tripartite agreement would be satisfactory to believe that NLC is serious but instead this kind of constant reassurance is needed"

Then post rubbish about doubt of the TCA being legally binding..... YOU'RE the reason we need to reassure everyone on the facts!
