Nice to see VHA cutting back on these types of unnecessary & highly expensive marketing initiatives and reinvesting badly needed monies back into their network.
NBN will help VHA add some new & much needed services outside of their traditional mobile network, however continually investing in 3G and not 4G-LTE is a brave call IMO. At least do both in parallel so they dont end up 2+ years behind the other tier 1 carriers.
If VHA can bring stability back to their network, & it looks like they are working hard to do so, subscribers will slowly return leading towards profitability for them once again.
