Lynas announced to the market the license changes in Malaysia on the 24th October
.At that date there was some 56 million shares short sold amounting to 6 % of stock on issue
since that date there have been just on 33 million shares traded up till the 30th /10/2023 where the latest short data is now available. . yet still 51 million remains short meaning only a net 5million short covered. either the data is wrong or the short collusion has found the liquidity to buy back a sufficient stake has been more difficult than expected
