Further to my post on 22/10/13, I would encourage all minority shareholders in jumbuck to take a close look at what's happening with the company. I believe, what is about to happen is not in their best interests. The members of the board of Jumbuck have been sitting on their hands for the last three or four years, while the company has been slowly, sliding down the gurgler. This hasn't affected the board, they've still been paid. As an experienced investor, I can see my investment in Jumbuck slipping even further behind. If this new capital raising and changes take place, there's nothing surer, in my opinion. I would be quite happy for the company to be LIQUIDATED. Whatever the windup value may be, I believe it will be more than after this capital raising and changes take place. However, Do your own research and vote for your own interests.
