After this date you will no longer be able to make an Off Market Transfer (in specie contribution) and you will be required to sell Shares and repurchase them in the name of the SMSF.
This also means the capital gains is crystalised in your name @ a higher rate not at the lower SMSF TAX RATE. Win win for SWanee
