As you say, 15% flat on withdrawal, not equitable.
But a return to the system that applied prior to the Costello changes[the present 55 to 60 year old tax regime?] would not be unreasonable.
Likewise, a return to RBL's, set at a level which aims to keep people off the pension, pretty much fixes the problem of excessive concessional contributions.
I'm assuming , of course, that the changes will be grandfathered, to minimise political damage, so I can continue to rape and pillage the public purse in the good old boomer generation tradition.
