DV, I suspect I am on ignore, but what is 'fair market price'? Independent valuers reports aren't worth a bloody thing. Are they going to open their cheque book for it? The price is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it, and as it stands it is worth jack sh!t from what we can see. Didn't they say they'd have a deal stitched up by June? Here we are and they're back to drilling the bugger. It is not AOH's job to be market speculators regarding Cu price, but I think they would almost 100% be better off if they did take the deal.

Ask yourself, why are they doing an extensive drilling program? Do you really think it is just to add a few $$ to the buy price OR is it not attractive as it stands and they need to add some more value. The answer is as clear as day to me yet AC CONTINUALLY dangles the imaginary carrot.
