I had another quick look at this and can't really see where 2 months above 20c is mentioned.

The co has advised shareholders of an activity change, taken a vote on it, the stock is above 20c and there are no listed options under 20c.

Seems like the conditions are met?

Can anyone shed light on this? Where did the 2 months come from - an ASX guide?
