I think you are referring to ASX listing rule 11.1 - change to activities. If the company proposes to make a significant change to nature or scale of activities then it must disclose this. If ASX requires, it must also get shareholder approval and comply with the listing rules as if the company was being admitted for the first time ie, capital must be reconstructed to have a minimum share price of 20 cents, among other things.
