I was there in November and just done a cash advance off my 28 degrees mastercard at Citibank. MasterCard rates are excellent and with 28 degrees there is no international conversion fee. I did have my account in a positive balance mind you so there was no daily interest. Almost 1/100 at the time.
Just a thought if u have one of these cards.
