Not so much as had my mind changed, modified, certainly. I have been exposed to much information that I was unaware of and some of this by yourself.
I think if you are the type of person who engages in forums then you arrive somewhat fully formed, but that does not mean that a lot of fine tuning does not occur and as has been said, many of us have had to substantiate the positions we hold with varying degrees of success. There is growth in that compared with those who accept what they are told.
I also think a degree of softening towards the opinions of others has occurred. Philosophy and religion are abstract forms, they are intangible systems of thought that engage the perception and most adult come with an established perception. I've had a couple of huge perception swings in my life so I feel a forum such as this always has potential.
