    Can you elaborate a little more? They have a website detailing directors, management team etc. They havn't wiped the management team completely. Looks like a few new people brought in, few promoted up to management & a few still there. I guess I havn't been around as long as you have but have done extensive research on the company and everything looks to be moving & on he up n up for as planned so far. What/who is it that you are cautious of?
