hi galaxy1, yup indeed, eventhoug it is always useful to know and understand the historic of any company, we should keep in mind that this is the juniors company microcap world, its a cycle of death-reborn, when the management team changes everything changes, and the company is reborn and has nothing in common with the company under previous management, its all about manegment-mannagement-management. this is unlike big companies (microsoft, apple, intel, IBM, Johnson&Johnson, coca-cola, ford...etc) where there are traditions/brand names/ bureacraties/culture....etc and change in management, CEO for example) would not change everything. BASS is now a completely new company in the making, and hopefully one day it will become a big company.
