I've got to say, some time ago I voted against some of the resolutions that MYX put up, and I unfortunately held a lot of shares, too many shares in fact.
Once the results came out and I looked at the amount of votes that was voted 'against' the resolutions, my votes were more than the against votes actually listed, and I couldn't work it out. My votes alone should have been more than was reported at that time.
I was going to investigate it further but the amount of 'for' votes meant it was useless and pointless to follow through
Then I thought I just filled it out wrong, but I voted on line so.
Last time all share holders voted, I thought there was going to be a huge backlash of 'against' votes but again, no where near as much as I thought.
Since then, I have always had my suspicions about MYX, something wasn't or isn't right.
Change of board urgently needed IMO !!
