Changing Super

My super has gone from 96k to 69k a loss of 17k these past few weeks.

I am now in two minds to just take the whole lot out of high growth and switch to cash or to let it ride.

I don't want to log on in another few weeks only to find it down to 50k or less and not acted when I could have done.

Do I leave as is or switch to cash? I am 35 years old.
My superfund is Australian Super and they haven't really offered any guidance or support or been forthcoming to put my mind at ease.
