If the project has a good BFS statement of value creation, it will and should be financed from the Banking communities or private equites or engineering firms or what ever. As long as the funding is such that there are NO implications for dilution, and no abysmal terms in any agreement.
The shareholders should not have to suffer for delivering a good project!
This is the Boards accountability, and so will be interesting to watch how this unfolds.
I am sure the board will be held accountable.
