I dont think we need to worry about a takeover. The board needs to approve a takeover which they wont do at current prices. After that it goes to a hostile takeover doesn't it, which should get an even better price.
Heaps of cheap goldies around at the moment to roll any swollen funds into 'worse case scenario'.
