Hi BB, I've been buying these things for ages from 27c down to 22c. I'm very happy with the current price, but IMO I wouldnt be surprised to see a fall soon. I hold and I'm unsure of my sell point yet, this maybe one of those times when I look to hold for the long term, over 5 years?

I assume that if Centro gets out of this mess than they will pay a divi again. Nice!

If not, and they go broke, I'll probably get my money back or close to with the Receiver Manager?
